Woman Tries To Figure Out Whether She’s Attracted To Her Professor Or If He’s Just The Only Positive Male Role Model in Her Life

WESTCHESTER, NEW YORK—Local student Kayla Graham was stunned to learn her crush on her professor could be related to her lack of positive male role models in her life.

During Graham’s 3 PM Intro to Film class, she spent less time taking notes on 400 Blows and more time fantasizing about her sweater-wearing professor.

“His passion, his insight, his wisdom, his... fitted jeans. He's so hot.” Kayla went on to explain all the things that make her middle-aged, divorced professor “outstanding."

The professor in question is Matt Greenberg, 43, a Film professor and model train enthusiast at Kayla’s university.

“There is nothing special about that guy.” Ashley Brown, a classmate of Graham’s, reported, “I don’t know what she’s going on about, he’s kind of wack. He gave me a C on my mise-en-scène paper. Maybe it's his glasses?"

Graham told friends that for the first time in a while, she feels “heard” and “seen.”

“He asked me how my winter break was,” Graham added. “Every question I have about an assignment, he answers concisely and insightfully. Also, he has a car.”

A friend of Graham’s tried to point out that answering her questions was just him doing his job, but she was in too deep.

“Yeah, she’s a good student. She’s always on time and asking good questions.” Professor Greenberg told reporters. “Sorry, what’s this article for again?”

When asked about her relationship with her father Graham responded with, “Oh it’s great! He gives me a call once every year on my birthday and we talk for two minutes and then says, 'well, here's your mother.' Why do you ask?"
