'That Soy Is Mine!' Brandy Gets Into Altercation At Whole Foods

LOS ANGELES, CA—R&B singer Brandy Norwood, better known simply as Brandy, was recently seen fighting with a customer over the last bag of ‘Sinful Soy Roasted Soy Nuts’ in the aisle of the West 3rd Street Whole Foods. The customer was Michaela Goss, 28. Witnesses claim to have seen Brandy become erratic after seeing Ms. Goss grab the last bag of soy nuts with some "attitude."

“I was like, who does this chick think she is, slapping my hand away from my soy nuts, and then I looked up and was like, 'Oh my God, it’s Brandy. To hell with these nuts!'" said Goss to TMZ, who was somehow on the scene 45 minutes before the event occurred. “I realized that this could be my only chance to get into a fight with a celebrity. Truly, I felt like I was sittin’ on top of the world!"

Ms. Goss was quoted by saying she felt “emotionally attacked but also completely grateful to be yelled at by such an icon.” She then continued to make song-based puns that had to be inexplicably cut from the article for obvious reasons. 

Brandy declined to comment for the publication but provided the public with a brief statement in regards to the incident on Twitter. 

“I don’t care how expensive they are and don’t care what any of y’all say. Those things are addictive and I’ll be damned if someone gets ahold of the last bag on the shelf. I mean….”
