Celtics Fan Thinks Tatum, Smart, Horford 'One Of The Good Ones'

BOSTON, MA—Boston fans are ecstatic now that the Celtics have made it to the NBA finals after almost a decade-long hiatus and fans cannot stop celebrating superstars like Marcus Smart, Jason Tatum, and Al Horford.

“Normally I am not a fan of guys like that if you know what I mean,” said Liam O’Brien while chugging his 6th Guinness of the night. “But there’s something different about those two. They're some of the good ones.”

“They’re hard workers, and honestly, you don’t see that nowadays,” chimed in the unemployed Aiden Smith while holding a Tatum Jersey in his hand. “My family would disown me if I ever wore a Tatum Jersey so I just hold it close to me where no one could see.”

Although most fans are excited about the future of the team, many are quick to point out that the team could use a few more super players.

“These two are great but they’re no Bird. We need a lot more guys who look—I mean play—like Larry,” said O’Brien while throwing crumpled paper balls at a South Asian family. “But with all the PC politics out there, it's gonna be hard. Hell, I'd even be down to get Mark Wahlberg to the team.”

For now, O’Brien and Smith are hoping the team will win the championship anyway possible.

“We would love to get a win for our city and if these are the guys who are gonna do it, then so be it,” said an incredibly drunk Smith in the driver's seat of his car, locking the door as a Black man walked by. “You can never be too careful!”
