Unexplained Technical Difficulties Causing Girlfriend’s TV To Pause At Shirtless, Wet, Killmonger Scene

Prentice Jacks’ Thursday night took a nasty turn after unforeseen technical issues ruined his girlfriend’s birthday night. Having cooked his girlfriend Ellie a three-course meal and gifted her a stunning diamond vape pen, Prentice settled in for a romantic night of watching Black Panther, a film Ellie had demanded they watch.

Unfortunately, it was at that moment that Ellie’s TV chose to malfunction, freezing for minutes at a time on the scene where Killmonger (Michael B. Jordan) emerges dripping from the waters of Wakanda having established his virility as a man and a king. When not randomly freezing, Ellie’s TV also kept rewinding to the exact same point, as the camera flashes across Killmonger’s shirtless torso, glistening with power and energy.

Prentice tried to discover the source of the issue, but Ellie had ‘lost the remote’ and when further confronted about the issue, said “Why are you so upset? [Killmonger] isn’t hurting anybody!” Ellie insisted that they shouldn’t let a little issue like this ruin their evening, placing her hands under the blankets the couple had curled up upon and shushing Prentice, insisting, “I’m watching this.”

As the night went on, Prentice was forced to settle for an evening of watching the same minute of footage only accompanied by his girlfriend’s soft coos which she insisted were “because I’m concerned… about the TV… that is clearly broken.”
