Rapper 21 Savage Slated To Be Next James Bond
Rapper 21 Savage, now an out-of-the-closet Englishman, is slated to star as James Bond in the next film of the storied franchise.
When speculation rose about who could take the mantle of the next Bond, many were hopeful that actor Idris Elba would be the next man in line for the role, but when Elba shut down those rumors months ago, whispers about a younger more British option began to surface. Enter 21 Savage - a young suave gentleman from the U.K., like his Bond predecessors, who prefers his Actavis shaken, not stirred.
Savage joins the black dude from the new Stars Wars movies, homie from Get Out, McNulty from The Wire, and the entire cast of The Walking Dead as talented British actors who enjoy playing American roles, but 21 has always dreamt of playing the legendary British spy.
The 27th installment of the franchise will be titled “Gold n Ice” and will drop sometime during Black History Month in 2021. FLEXX was able to get a brief interview with the star while on set of his Mary Poppins reboot film "Mary Poppin Off" which will be in theaters in early next year. When asked how many Bond films he sees himself making during his run as the iconic character, Savage simply answered "A lot."
