Good Riddance, Renner! B.O.B. Reminds Everyone His App ‘PhlatEarth’ Is Still Up
In the midst of social media and the various social networks, it's hard to keep track of which celebrities have their own. With the down fall of the Jeremy Renner app, and the absence of Azealia Banks’ Cheapyxo, sometimes it seems foolhardy to launch an app at all. But that’s where B.O.B. stands out.
And he urges us to remember that his app PhlatEarth is still, somehow, up and running.
“It’s really a fun app,” says Flat Earther Pixie Newgrass. “It’s nice for us to finally have a home. A place where we can talk about what we believe and share funny flat earth memes and then lament about how our families have ostracized us.”
The app, which costs $10 to download and also has a $10 monthly charge, has apparently been gaining numbers.
“Well we have to pay,” explains Newgrass, “Because there are no ads on the app. Which is a good thing right?... Right?”
There’s even a PhlatEarth premium account that costs a whopping $50 a month. With that you get newly released photograph evidence of the flat earth, new blog posts by B.O.B. himself, as well as new singles and songs by the artist.
“He’s a rapper?” Askes premium member Jo Crumbwat. “You’re joking.”
Even more surprising, the app is sitting with a 4.5 Star review after more than 50 reviews.
“It’s pretty easy to please Flat Earthers,” says resident Flexx Psychologist Doormatt Higgins. “Just say the earth is flat a bunch and be really into lame shit. I’ve downloaded the app. If it’s not pictures of flat lines then it’s pictures of not having sex.”
B.O.B., gassed up by his app’s marginal success, urges you to check it out.
You can find PhlatEarth on any Firefly mobile phone or if you play JumpStart 1st Grade in a hurricane.
